1. Who We Are
REAX MEDIA INC is a human-first media technology company. Human verification is part of our long-term mission.
The mobile app provides accounts, profiles, contributions, replies, and beta participation. This website provides company information, editorial reading, policies, support information, and a waitlist. Website activity is not synchronized with a mobile account.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the services. If you are under 18, you may only use the services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Use of the Services
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe, restrict, or inhibit others from using the platform.
You may not:
- Misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or use automated accounts or synthetic impersonation in the controlled beta
- Upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content
- Attempt to interfere with platform security, availability, or functionality

4. User Content
These content provisions apply when you submit content through available mobile app features; this website does not provide user publishing.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant REAX MEDIA INC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the services.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
5. Controlled Beta and Verification
REAX.me™ is building a human-only network. This controlled beta is limited to approved participants. Automated accounts and synthetic impersonation are not allowed. Advanced identity and media verification are not active yet.
6. No Financial or Investment Advice
Nothing on the services constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Any references to digital utilities, rewards, or governance mechanisms are functional in nature and do not represent profit-sharing or investment offerings.
7. Third-Party Links
The services may contain links to third-party websites or services. REAX MEDIA INC is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time if you violate these Terms or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding availability, reliability, or accuracy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REAX MEDIA INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
