Summit FC Rally – Larimer Square

Walked into it right as they announced the coach. The energy was already there before I even pulled my phone out.

I got down to Larimer Square right as they were announcing the coach on stage. You could feel it as I was walking up. It was loud, people were already into it, and the energy was there before I even pulled my phone out.

I didn't stay in one spot. I walked the whole area and just took it in. There was a DJ going, people dancing, face painting setups, photo ops, merch tables, and groups just hanging out enjoying it. It felt like a real city moment, not something forced. You could tell people were actually excited about the team.

Timing wise, I probably hit it right as it was peaking and starting to shift toward people breaking off for the evening. I didn't really start recording until I was already in it, but that ended up working. I walked into the energy instead of trying to chase it.

I grabbed some photos and a bit of B-roll, nothing overdone. Just enough to capture what it actually felt like being there. The kind of stuff where you can look back and understand the vibe without trying to manufacture it.

Overall, it felt like a strong start. Not just a launch event, but something that actually had people bought in. You could see the foundation of a real fan base building in real time.

REAX POV

This felt like a real city moment.

Not a forced launch event. Not something the city was told to care about. People were actually bought in. That's a different thing entirely, and you can't fake it. You could see the foundation of a real fan base building in real time.

Denver has been waiting for something like this. When the energy shows up on its own, that's when you know it's real.
